Friend and fellow tech blogger Heri is having some difficulties with his blog today. I knew he had something special in mind but that was probably not it…! 
Things will get back to normal shortly so hang in there.

Thanks Denis, it’s appreciated.
discussing with the support team. as hours go by and as they can’t find any solution, there’s a possibility that i might have lost the entire data (files database)
the server uses virtualization technology and it seems everything just evaporated in thin air
