Financial model example from Redfin

There is an excellent post on Guy Kawasaki’s blog. There is a financial model spreadsheet to grab courtesy of Redfin. Of course, it is specific to Redfin’s business model but it gives you a lot of information if you want to create your own. I already prepared a very extensive spreadsheet myself (for my current project) but I can see that I could add (or at least enhance) certain areas. Enjoy!
